I have 6 years of work experience, had serviced customer are HP , NVDIA, Cray, and Inspur, so I am very familiar with server ,storage and GPU box products, and BMC, IPMI, Intel SPS ME, HP iLO, software development, systems integrated, software/firmware issue analysis and debug etc. For BMC portion, I am responsible for coding and debugging, integrate IPMI, develop server system function, sensor porting ,OEM command for customiazation design and Redfish. Base on IPMI knowledge, that can resolve issue effectively and promote performance of production. As Intel SPS ME, design Intel NM function, communicate with Intel ME via IPMB, I also shared BMC related knowledge to colleagues by supervisor request, let colleagues understand BMC function in server clearly, and upgrade efficiency of work. Many of software related issue, we also need to analyze and debug to find the root cause. About Intel SPS ME, I am honored of attending Intel SPS ME training on behalf of company, passed Intel SPS ME test and got the certification, so I am responsible contact window between Intel and company, and also have good knowledge of Intel SPS ME, by supervisor request, I shared SPS ME related knowledge to my colleagues and hold the training for them. For major work, I am responsible for PCH configuration for server system, setting SPS ME and build image, completed lots of pre-test for SPS ME validation, make sure of SPS ME is workable and correctly. HP server production we served that can use lots of HP software and tools to verify production quality, ex: iLO, APML, Diagnostic system integrated test tool, storage validation tool, or memory test etc., we also need to integrate validation tools for production line testing, monitor production quality and reliability, that can have high quality product, let HP customer have more confidence and trust us. About co-work with HP customer, we often receive commend and appreciation from them, lease of one day for issue feedback, do our best and meet the target and expectation for customer requirement, let customer felt pleased to me.
