I've been on well-established teams and teams where we've had to build the playbook while simultaneously calling the audibles - at the end of the day, I know that people depend on me, and I don't take that lightly. I'm obsessed with staying organized and having a photographic memory just makes it that much easier for me. All in all, I take great pride in taking very complicated things and telling the story behind the data so that others can easily digest and let the true message resonate to create actionable results. At the end of the day, fundamentally all jobs involve people - and I've found that I've got a knack for connecting companies with, not only their employees, but also our clients by creating understanding through what that journey actually is vs. how it was designed.
