Through our efforts we continually push the needle to meet our key metrics around On-Time arrival, specific Service Level goals, and identify loads that may be in jeopardy of running late early enough to find alternate solutions to get the load received in a timely manner. With 20 years of CPG experience, I have been a consistent leader while building lasting relationships with my team by helping them develop and grow. As part of the Routing team at Walmart, I create the loads and routes that our group sends to drivers to supply our stores and clubs and tie in backhaul loads from our suppliers back to the DC’s. At Tyson, I initially started dispatching our North Shuttle fleet drivers which was a continuation of similar roles I held at JB Hunt where I managed drivers on dedicated accounts. While at JBH, I managed P&L, driver safety training and coaching, maintenance schedules, driver payroll, and on time delivery to meet service level KPI’s. Prior to JB Hunt I worked in direct selling roles at AT&T and Anheuser-Busch; managed fleet registrations, compliance, driver files at Nichols (an oil and gas company) as well as managing product & equipment inventory. I have also held roles in accounting, purchasing, data analysis, and delivery. All of these experiences have strengthened my abilities in team leadership, supply chain management, inventory, sales, logistics and transportation. I have a strong desire to continue growing and developing in these areas and am not averse to take on new challenges beyond my role in order to expand my knowledge and contribution to the company.
