Leandro Baricelli Campo Email & Phone Number | From March 2007 to September 2008 I participated of the Embraer trainee program (PEE), developed by Embraer in partnership with Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA). By the end of the Program I got the master degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering. I have been working as a Product Development Engineer at Embraer since 2008. During these years I had the opportunity to work at Research and Development team, E-Jets Second Generation and E-Jets Passenger to Freighter conversion. From September 2008 to December 2012 I worked as structures engineer in R&D team. The scope of work was the development of new technologies applied to aircraft metallic structures, including static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis and definition/follow on of structural tests. Since 2013 I have been working as a product development engineer of new programs in the Commecial Aviation. I had the opportunity to work from the initial definition phase to certification phase and suppliers management. From January 2013 to August 2014 I worked as a structural/stress analyst in the wing of E190-E2. The experience included static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis. From September 2014 to October 2019 I worked as a team leader in the fuselage of E190-E2 and E195-E2. The responsibilities in this period included the suppliers management, planning of activities and tasks, organizing and delegating activities, providing guidance to the technical team and supporting managers. From November 2019 to December 2020 I worked as structural analysis manager of wing and pylon of the E175-E2. I have managed the technical team on development of wing and pylon structures during the detailed development phase. From January 2021 to now I have been working as a team leader on the development of the E-Jets passenger to freighter conversion and supporting the preliminary studies of new programs of the Commercial Aviation.
