Equally passionately I am involved in a very analytical project, where I am working with a cross-functional team to improve our annual ESG performance by coordinating and taking ownership of workstreams for GHR related ESG and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) topics. What I like a lot is to make an impact on two main and very different pillars for paving the way of Grünenthal's future - our people and corporate social responsibility. Prior to that, I was responsible for business partnering to the Commercial Operations and Finance organization in headquarters at Grünenthal and was able to further expand my international and x-cultural experience through a job rotation program in Santiago, Chile. I have a passion for living in and travelling to foreign countries and joining forces with different cultures and cross-functional teams in a matrix set-up. I strongly value integrity, as I believe that being yourself and standing behind personal values is key for establishing trustful relationships. What gives me energy is taking on new challenges - to learn and succeed from unknown territories is what really pushes me and drives me to embrace change.
