Perhaps my biggest challenge is choosing how to use my time because I absolutely LOVE being able to do it all! I genuinely enjoy doing very comprehensive assessments, Love First-model interventions, individual therapy, relapse prevention groups with professionals, multi-family groups, parent education groups, parent consulting, teaching, writing, creating video courses and video parent guides, and supporting and supervising new clinicians. I love it all. Full Life Counseling offers an array of therapy services for individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health issues. We believe that there is hope in recovery for all affected by addiction and that having a recovery home provides the foundation for that hope to become reality. Parenting Through Addiction and private parent consulting work affords me the opportunity to bring hope, encouragement, education and consultation support for parents everywhere through our web-based support services. We help parents learn how to love, provide, protect, nurture and rescue in completely different ways, which allows them to stop being a part of the problem and become a part of the solution for their child's recovery. But I am also blessed with a real life full of love, family, scuba, outreach, travel, the NC mountains and incredible friends. Life is good!
