Candidates in early clinical development include GRC6211 (Neuropathic Pain, Ph I), GRC39815 (COPD & Psoriasis-advanced preclinical), and HPK1 inhibitor (Immuno-oncology, Ph I). Currently leading and managing an integrated team to develop and progress in-house programs (novel peptide YP-P10 for Dry Eye disease/Ph II) and a portfolio of novel tablet formulations 505b2/ANDA type application. Actively involved in the recruitment of Ph.D's, Postdoc's, M.Sc/M.Pharm candidates at various positions in New Drug Discovery Chemistry/NCE Research/Formulation research, Clinical operations and Business development.
