I realized through my work that I wanted to help people at a deeper level and get an in-depth psychotherapy education, so I went back to school and got my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University in 2010. Since then, I've become an Imago Certified Couples therapist after completing the Imago Clinical Training, a therapeutic model designed by Harville Hendrix, author of "Getting The Love You Want" to help couples and families to reconnect. If you have a behavioral pattern or negative belief that feels overwhelming, I can help you to develop a healthy perspective and figure things out. If you are having relationship issues and can't seem to resolve conflict with a partner, family member, friend or coworker, I can work with you to create stronger connections and deeper, more meaningful relationships. I've been told through the years that I have a warmth and genuineness that create a safe environment for working together. My communication style is clear and direct and my role in our relationship is to offer guidance and practical solutions to the issues that you are facing.
