Lataurus Holland Email & Phone Number | I started off in the hospitality industry as a front desk associate for the Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport Hotel in 2016. I didn't know anything about the industry but my hunger for knowledge provided me with an opportunity to advance to a supervisor position within the first 6 months. I continued to gain knowledge of what hospitality really meant as a front desk supervisor for a little over a year until I was given the opportunity of a lifetime as a supervisor in food and beverage. I dived head first into food and beverage with a hunger for the new opportunity. I became part of the Marriott family after being with the Sheraton for exactly 3 years. My obsession with learning continued as I took my journey into learning other methods of operations from the Sheraton to the Marriott. With the guidance from some amazing people, I was given the knowledge needed to be successful. I now have the opportunity to take what I have learned throughout my hospitality career and apply it towards a new path that I look forward to.
