Reviews root cause analysis on internal operational risk events and those that occurred externally in the industry. • Assists the Principal Risk Owners with the identification of key risks and mitigating controls in their business units, as well as action plans to address any gaps in the mitigating measures identified. • Oversees mitigation programs and projects to ensure they are being implemented effectively; • Evaluates internal controls, considering whether the proper control activities have been established and are operating effectively. Associated Member of Risk Management Committee.• Supervise and monitor professional performance of affiliate Internal Control staff. • Manage performance evaluations for all IC staff in a timely manner according to established procedures. • Assess the training requirements for the ICIs and develop a capacity building plan.• Carry out the internal controls function in accordance with Internal Control Procedures and plan • Conduct risk assessment of all service centers. • Observes and controls the performance of the service centers by using distance (red flags, MIS reports) and on-on-site and ensuring that they operate in accordance with organization’s policies and procedures, abide Code of Conduct. • Prepare and present reports regarding internal control reviews in a timely and accurate manner; • Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations • After controlling activities conducts meeting with service centre management and discuss all findings in details.• Presenting companies products and services to the potential customers; • Building strong, long-term oriented partnership relationship with existing or potential customers; • Participate in developing company’s new products or services; • Managing of project timeline planning, recourse allocation and deliverable definition. • Control timelines and ensure to provide deliverable timely basis.• Identify potential customer of the bank, research new market opportunities of the branch and build strong reputation by negotiation and close relationship; • Assess business needs of potential or existing customers, conduct business analysis and deliver project to the credit committee;.
