Larry Meany Email & Phone Number | With in excess of 29 years experience in the Aviation business as an Aircraft Engineer and over fifteen years as a Project planner i have worked in most areas of Aircraft check Maintenance ie . pre Check planning , Running live checks , Post check and Workpack auditing .Along with aircraft licences , Supervisory management certificate I have been involved in a number of projects, ie. end of lease aircraft handbacks,most recently Easy Jet and Gulf Air aircraft, I was involved in setting up aircraft scheduling sectiion in SRS Aviation Shannon over a three year period 1996- 1998. I have acted as a tech rep for checks subcontracted to outside agencies. My goal is to do the common thing uncommonly good . Specialties: As a project planner it is essential to bring all groups together to ensure all parties are aware what input is required by them ,also to ensure they accept ownership of the plan and agree the critical path and targets to be met .Establish working relationships between groups with clear lines of communication so as deviations from plans are quickly identifyed and corrective actions put in place.
