This business was started with Tamara Roberts in 2003 when Tammy completed her qualifications as a Medical Herbalist. Our goal at the time was to improve the lives of her clients through "Good Health, Natural Medicine and Exercise". You will see through my profile that in the 18 years as a director that I have also held roles with other businesses. This is has been necessary in the early days of the business to ensure it's survival and evolution into the business we have today. Tammy & I have never waivered from our original goal back in 2003. In 2008 we added personal training to the business and in 2010 we opened a centre that housed the whole business + Gym, under one roof at Erina on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. In 2013 we added extra floor space to our Erina Centre In 2015 The the Business opened a clinic in Pyrmont where Tammy practices a couple of days per week. In 2016 We converted the Gym area of the Centre to 24 hour access for our small and exclusive group of members. We now have a team of Highly Qualified Personal Trainers, Dedicated Weight Loss Consultants as well as Tammy practicing her Medical Herbalism and NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) who are all making a huge impact on the lives of thousands of people each year. Through demand we now also cater to overseas clients through our online consultations. What an amazing world we live. Did we know or even dream when we set that goal back in 2003 that this would be even possible. In 2018 we invested further in the business and have now expanded into the production of Protein Powder (Whey, Pea & Hemp) with full food Authority Approval & Certification. These products are being sold into the weight loss, health food and pharmacy markets. In conjunction with the protein manufacturing of our own Motivating Health Brand of products we also have a very simple streamlined system for producing private label products for small and large companies. Traditionally to get your own brand on a product would be too cost prohibitive for a small business. Our system has solved this problem and can get a business started with their own brand fully labelled for Orders as small as 20 units - Previously Impossible. As you can see through be disciplined and consistent approach to staying focused on that original goal back in 2003 our business has grown and thrived where others have fallen. Were sacrifices made? Yes! Has it been worth it? Yes! Do we love it? Yes!
