Developed / Deployed strategy to use the lab across global sites (India, Brno, China, Redmond, Phoenix, Canada) - improved hardware resource utilization from ~35% to 85%. Delivered results in leading large scale projects spanning across geographic boundaries. Experienced in Avionics/Aerospace projects of multidimensional responsibilities - Program management, S/W development, Verification and validation, DO178B expertise, customer interface, product certification and project engineering. Led the engineering operations of >40M RDE for the global teams spread across six countries, responsible for AOP, SIOP, CAPEX/OPEX, defining and monitoring KPI’s, predictive data analysis for better control on the KPI’s.
