Manage and support the HRIS systems - Sage ABRA and ADP; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Train employees on new system processes/functionality. Train system practitioners and administrators. Create custom reports, update monthly Dashboard Metrics, and analyze HRIS data for trends, and inaccuracies.Acts as primary back up to Payroll manager. Sets up new hires in Kronos T&A and trains new timekeepers/managers how to use Kronos system. Maintains data integrity in Kronos. Audits weekly payroll data and contacts department managers as required to reconcile payroll issues. Reconciles and posts time information from Kronos Time and Attendance to Sage Abra payroll system. Processes bi-weekly payroll- direct deposits and live checks. Runs and distributes bi-weekly FTE reports to department managers and administration. Audits and reconciles employee benefit deductions on a bi-weekly basis and work closely with Benefits Administrator to resolve any inconsistencies. Assist controller with ad hoc projects in payroll and accounting as required.Responsible for the overall day to day office operations and client interaction. Manage all the payroll deductions and adjustments; submit payroll data file to ADP. Utilize Microsoft Office: develop Excel spreadsheets and create forms/documents in Word. Responsible to verify the details presented on the invoices received, check accuracy within the details and file them accordingly. Manage calendar and travel logistics for director of operations on Outlook.Created dynamic training drills and physical assessment tests. Interacted with parents and coaches to develop a positive team environment.Inputting and compiling program data on HRIS; assist with generating corresponding reports as appropriate. Clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and making deliveries across campus. Supporting coordination and staffing of meetings and special events, including tasks such as reserving facilities, scheduling participants, preparing materials, setting up and maintaining equipment.
