(tToL, Inc., 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization); a place of acceptance, belonging, hope, knowledge, & success. tToL, Inc. will close gaps. tToL, Inc. provides an outlet for youth and dispel the belief that success is not in their future. Daily, strong relationships are built throughout the reciprocal and experiential learning experiences. We provide opportunities to not only impact our future, but provide hope to those that are oftentimes hopeless. I am an encourager, motivator, syrong/collaborative leader, scholar, role model, & above all...Human. I strive to be an exemplar of what is expected; it is this, along with patience, that I seek to build in others, while providing support and knowledge. My focal point is academic success and how it is affected by effective communication, developing studdnt identity, equitable practices, and social-emotional well-being. My strategies of focus are those of authenticity and relevance; building relationships through learning and through student-facilitated critical thinking experiences. In return, building leaders throughout the learning process. My passion to serve and be a true advocate for each individual I serve is what separates me from the rest.
