My journey at Shell started with leading RevOps at Greenlots where I supported revenue forecasting, KPI tracking, sales enablement, system development, strategic planning, and business process improvement. Before Shell, I spent over a decade at Tesla where I opened the first store, built the sales and vehicle delivery program, and championed customer experience. I was responsible for hiring and onboarding teams, designing and operationalizing processes, energizing performance culture across the company, and inspiring digital products to help the business scale. I am best known for driving high standards in customer experience, my leadership driving large cross functional teams to achieve delivery targets, and for creating an exceptional environment for teams to thrive. What you won’t see in my professional experience is my passion for improving access for civic engagement. I recently served as Transportation Chair for my Neighborhood Council where I introduced and operationalized community surveys. These were inspired by my work at Tesla and leading Customer Advisory Board at Shell Recharge, where I advocated for leveraging community input to enable increased participation to advance solutions. Outside of the immediate EV industry, I advise a handful of startups with business and go to market strategy. I’m excited to share my learnings from building and scaling 2 global brands, and am seeking board member roles where I can help lead organizations into the future.
