Always adhere to the set service standards and procedures so that the passengers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner. · Handling customer complaints and providing their requirements. · Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, young passengers, wheelchair, elderly and passengers with special needs etc.) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided to meet any special services requirements by the customers. · Checking passengers in and boarding to the flight as per the standard of emirates airline by following safety and security procedures issued by Dubai Civil Aviation. · Ensure allocated flights are opened/closed and edited as per the defined configuration and the airline specific requirements · Regularly update DMIS with configuration, booked load and actual load of the flight allocated · Control flights (where applicable) through the various DCS by assessing passenger load and amending levels for No Recs /Go Show, staff acceptance, upgrading and downgrading according to the airline specific requirements · Providing flight information and service to transit passengers at the transfer check point · Assisting airlines' crew for their check in baggage and handing over the flight documents such as flight plans, GDs and passengers' manifest. · Providing excellent shopping experiences to customers · Driving to achieve the departmental sale targets monthly · Ability to link the sales · Merchandising · Receive and handle the different kind of foreign currencies · Managing stock level and preventing loss · Recognize and aware of security issues relating with duty free items · Maintain the sales record good · Reporting all the issues related with team members, customers and stock to seniors and store management.
