After gaining these strategic and project experiences – by the way, implementing an sales efficiency program by leading the project management office was the most impressive one – the next adventure after 8 years Mercedes-Benz headquarter had started: I moved to Mercedes-Benz Sweden as Project Manager to implement the new direct sales model strategy “Retail of the Future” successfully. Since I’m well-known for my cooperative way of working and my skills in transformation and change management – I took the chance and moved in 2020 to Mercedes-Benz Austria, since this was defined as the second market for implementing the sales strategy “Retail of the Future”. As Head of Finance Project Manager we defined with the team the end-2-end process for the New Vehicle Sales of PC/Vans. Can you imagine how big the cultural working difference is between Sweden and Austria? Right now I’m the Head of Finance Retail Team at Mercedes-Benz Austria and we’re implementing these new sales strategy by setting up a professional finance back office team. With my leadership skills we developed an inspired and motivated team by having a dynamic working style. And as a result: We contribute the transformation of the Retail Sales Model of Mercedes-Benz.
