I entered the IT world after graduating from Bryant and then I became a stay at home mom for ten years. I am a hard worker who is honest, loyal, responsible, dependable, and very dedicated to whatever I do. I am self-motivated and very much able to work independently as well as work in a team environment. Working under pressure would not be a problem for me, I have excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Integrity is something I very much believe in. Along with if and when a mistake is made, own it, learn from it, and move on. I am very eager and willing to learn and confident I would be able to learn new skills with ease. I have been an excellent Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable and Bookkeeper employee due to my very detail-oriented and analytical nature. When I encounter problems, I want to find the answer and I do not stop looking until I figure it out. In the past, I was an excellent Quality Assurance / Applications Analyst because I listened to what my end users wanted and when I tested the applications, I used it just like the users would. I was the middleman in between many levels of people, provided quality customer service and communication to ensure the end product was rolled out correctly.
