I have always had a flair for numbers. The first few years of my career were in Finance roles in multinational and Indian companies. Subsequently, I have worked overseas, heading large companies and groups. That is when I gained experience in all aspects of running organizations. In my last overseas assignment, I could add many new businesses for the group that I was heading. A few years back, I decided to found our software company, VSM Software P Ltd, along with some co-founders from India and the US. I decided that we would not be a pure-play IT services player-we wanted to build software products for B2B. That became a reality, when we launched our CRM/SFE product called Kea in SaaS mode for the global Pharma Industry. We are now present in many countries in the region, with this product. My vision is for “Kea” to make it a leader in Asia, APAC and Emerging markets. At VSM, we also offer niche services for banks. My strengths are: Carrying my team with me once we define our goals A flair for numbers Analytical capability Ability to help define software solutions to solve problems P-L management I strongly believe in continuing to learn every day, every month and every year.
