In May of 2017, I obtained a Master's of Science degree in Nursing at Columbia University in the city of New York. After passing the NCLEX and becoming a registered nurse, I worked as a psych nurse in an outpatient mental health clinic for about two years. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a specialization of Psychiatric Mental-Health at Columbia University. I have recently obtained my certification as a Psych-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and I plan to complete my DNP residency and obtain a position in the greater Atlanta area working in the field that I love!
