He currently serves as a Line of Business Leader for the Insurance Consulting and Technology Property/Casualty Practice. He also leads the Florida property insurance practice. Klayton serves as President of Willis Towers Watson Analytical Insurance Services, Inc. and, in this role, is responsible for oversight of the development and sales of WTW’s Structure Insurance Score. Klayton is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a member of the Midwestern Actuarial Forum. He is past chair of the Casualty Actuarial Society Ratemaking Seminar Committee and Professional Education Policy Committee. He has chaired two task forces focused on modernization of CAS continuing education offerings. He is a past president of the Central Illinois Actuarial Club. He is a frequent speaker at Casualty Actuarial Society seminars. Klayton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics, summa cum laude, from Illinois State University.
