The establishments i have worked for have mostly men as dominating presence in this field and i think we need a change. Of course i believe my strength is in the prep area but i have a good eye of plating and taste, i understand that the public eat with they're eye's as well. I've had the honor of eating at a few restaurants in town and i must say on some days the food is unimpressive and lacking as well as the service. But i won't name names,i know what i can bring to the table and offer any good establishment as far as my experience and skills.
