I left a upper management job at Ciba Vision to become an account manager in the aesthetic market. Many said that I would never get back into management because of that jump. I left a great account manager job with Medicis selling proven technology in Restylane and Dysport to try a start-up company called Zeltiq, which had no proven technology. What a jump that has turned into. While at Zeltiq, I was offered a cozy regional director position in the US or a regional director position in Europe, which was a dysfunctional region. I jumped again...the results are clear; president's club both years and international region of the year. Always enjoy another jump....
