Previously, she supervised civil litigation for a segment of the NiSource Gas Distribution companies, and prior to that Kim represented a segment of the NiSource Gas Distribution companies in front of their respective governing state regulatory agencies. Kim joined the law department in 2008, and assumed her current role in June 2015. She is based in Columbus, Oh. Kim earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of Florida and her law degree from Valparaiso University. She currently is the vice-chair of the American Gas Association’s legal committee and is a member of various Bar Associations.
