I started my career as a litigation attorney in New York across multiple discipline areas. Wanting to work more closely with people, solve complex issues and apply my skills in a business context, I transitioned my career to Human Resources when I joined TriNet. My background in litigation helped fuel my career in HR compliance, employee relations and workplace investigations, where I reviewed issues from all angles and with balanced view to get to the right outcome. Much of my career within HR has been at Adobe where I moved from employee relations to HR business partnering, supporting go-to-market teams within North America. This was where I found my passion for working closely with leaders on their strategic people initiatives to clear roadblocks to success- coaching and guiding leaders, succession planning, engagement, organizational design, cultural assessments and development. I took on an international assignment in Adobe Japan where I led the HR organization for the region for about two years. I supported cross-functional senior leaders and worked to enhance the employee experience across the Japan region. I moved to California a few years ago now where I continued HR business partnering across Digital Experience, Digital Media and Corporate Functions teams within Adobe. I recently joined Treasure Data as Chief People Officer focused on scaling the business through creating a great experiences for our employees- building an environment where every employee has a voice and opportunity to thrive!
