In 2022, she was part of the three-person curriculum development team who researched, developed and wrote the official Curriculum Guide for the movie “Till” She holds a Bachelors in English from Hunter College and a Masters in Environmental Law & Policy with concentrations in Climate Change Law and Energy Law from Vermont Law School. She is also a senior fellow in the Environmental Leadership Program and an Immigrant Civic Leadership Senior Fellow in the CORO New York Leadership Program. In 2020 she a became a Leadership & Social Change Fellow with the Institute For Nonprofit Practice. In 2021 she became a Board Member & Education Advisor for the Museum Council of NYC. She was also chosen to join artEquity’s second cohort of the BIPOC Leadership Circle. In 2022, she became a Board Member for the Museum Education Roundtable. In 2023, she was named one of the Power Players in Education by Politics NY and AM Metro New York. This year she became a 2024 Women InPower Fellow with 92nd Y’s Belfar Center for Innovation & Social Impact. Most recently, she was one of 18 art leaders chosen to be part of NYFA’s Incubator for Executive Leaders of Color program.
