Born, raised and currently based in the Bay Area, California, Kim also sits on the community advisory board for the Center for Sport and Social Justice at Cal State East Bay and the Oakland Roots Soccer Club. Finding her own strength, freedom, and self-expression through board sports, she is committed to creating accessible opportunities for everyone to participate.
