Key accountabilities: -Support and work with Business Operations Manager in the development of best practice processes across the region and project work -Provide business management and financial advice -Lead the Business Services team for Te Ihu region in line with organisational policies and best practice -Support the CAPEX and asset management across the region, including fleet and equipment -Provide both reactive and proactive business and financial advice to Area Managers -Implementing national initiatives and ensuring areas and districts are well support to meet performance obligations -Support the region information tools and process including the region intranet site -Records management -Supporting administration of national and international deployments -Stand up in RCC for large scale incidents - roles include Logistics Manager, Centre Manager, Facilities Management -Region HQ office management -Supporting internal communications including the Region Newsletter -Manage OIA's for Te Ihu -Liaising with Planning and Performance Manager in the development to provide inforamtion for reporting and analysis of financial performance, and to respond proactively to resulting performance information - General administrative and office management
