Why I wanted to study this is to build upon my privous knowledge and to develop a greater understanding of art. My current position as an assistant manager for Max C have lead me to know how to deal with customers to a high level. I have also learned how to delegate tasks between myself and the rest of the staff. I have the main responsibility for stock keeping and ordering. I have valuable experience in display as this is a part of my everyday job. I have studied English, pedagogy and didactics at Stockholm University. Studying English have helped me to improve my written language a lot. Furthermore, living in England has strongly developed my speaking and understanding of spoken English. Pedagogy and Didactics have helped me to understand learning progress, which helps me teaching other people in work. This also led me to understand my own progress and to be able to analyse my own work to a high standard.
