I first learned about Team IMPACT when I was matched through the organization while I competed on the varsity men's swim team at Xavier University. I fell in love with the organization and began working at the national office headquartered in Boston, MA in June of 2016. I moved to Chicago, IL in January 2020 to start our Midwest team and expand the program across the region. I am in a Business Development style role in that I engage with our medical referral partners to share our program with their patients as well as work with our athletics partners to establish team matches on campus.
