Khameni Rajoo Email & Phone Number | Coming from a background of not being interested in kids nor teaching, I, unwillingly got myself into a field where I had to spend hours teaching and managing kids ranging from the politest soul to the absolute notorious types. By this I mean, notorious to the extent of me losing my head, breaking down and even being cat-called. But I guess, I'm so blessed and gifted that I am always capable of adapting, sharing my energy and have always been great with words. I have the sense of knowing how to communicate with whom, how and when. So much so, the last day of me leaving school the notorious ones teared a bucket and wished I had then stayed. Education field gave me so much of love and great energy. I've taught and established different teaching styles in classes and made learning easier for beginner levels. I looked forward to waking up every day to see my children and teach something new. Then came along a different path I chose to explore. The customer service team. Working with UOB gave me so much of experiences I never thought I would experience. I learnt about people. The way people request and order. Learned to work in a fast moving pace. How people are in different parts of the world. How important is the service we provide to customer as it doesn't only impact the customers but ourselves as well. I'm so highly motivated and driven that I ensure my customers' needs are met regardless of their deliverance. I take pride in sharing how working at UOB has changed my entire perspective towards customer service role. I don't like competitive people as we are all here to learn and discover ourselves. I love working in a team filled with people who express their ideas beautifully and not simply agree to disagree. Communication goes both ways and a long way. I love making tasks simpler for the other person and always loved the idea of being a workaholic. I believe when you are really passionate about something, nothing affects your performance.
