I worked within cross functional settings, and I appreciates the different functions and their interdependencies within institutional banking and markets businesses. • In my previous role as Head of CCP Risk Management for EMEA and Americas at Barclays Bank, I set up and chaired Barclay’s CCP risk governance committee for all internal CCP stakeholders. I regularly met Barclays’ prudential regulators globally on all CCP related regulatory topics. I also took up roles as independent risk committee members for two European based clearing houses. • In my current role as a Credit Risk Specialist within APRA, beside leading reviews and assessing credit risk management framework and practices of Australian banks, I also uplift the agency’s knowledge areas such as commodity businesses, funds businesses, climate risks, counterparty risks, and clearing house / exchange risks. • I am highly effective at leading teams, and have led multi-cultural and global teams. I believe in strong knowledge base and positive behavioral skillsets to ensure teams’ effectiveness. • I have a Mathematics PhD from Oxford University.
