SD Technical Analysis and Review Process (TARP) & Design Space (browser UI tool) Implementation - Identified the need, benefits, and requirements with the opportunity to align all of System Design with TARP and Design Space, an exercise in simplicity that demonstrated leadership with a quick and successful rollout for SSD globally. Successful deployment resulted in best practice for further rollout in Performance globally. Recommended and supported Agile implementation in Defence SSD - Supported successful rollout in 2023 by bringing in expertise from UK practitioners. Cross Functional, Agile, & Global Working ACRE Team Lead - Led a team of Defence Engineering Core Function leaders to develop the Defence Career Conversations people development process by defining cross-functional responsibilities / accountabilities / and stakeholders for each step of the process. Drove adoption across all US Defence business functions as a standard. IPT/Program support across the business - ensuring the best possible program support via fractional, deployment, and mentoring support from experts across business functions.
