Kevin Mckee is a I am an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager and have been a Partner/Director of professional practices for the last 20 years. I have a broad range of experience across the construction and infrastructure sectors and this has included business development, managing clients, developing innovative and collaborative procurement strategies, and the commercial management of complex projects and commercial issues. I specialise in construction law and contracts and undertaking contract and commercial reviews for major clients. I am also involved in dispute avoidance and resolution as a quantum expert witness, mediator and party representative in adjudication referrals. I have undertaken in excess of 200 seminars, including for the RICS and CIOB, on contract and commericial management topics including all NEC and JCT contracts. I was a committee member and treasurer of the Thames Valley Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for over 10 years and am now Chair of the Trustees for Mediation Buckinghamshire.
