Activities involve resolution of Incidents within the defined SLAs. Penalties for SLA deviance was very minimal during his stint He has performed migrations of monitoring tools from Wily to Nagios Groundworks to Zabbix and have customized the scripts for better monitors, built connectivity to ticketing tools, implemented monitors in Catchpoint and Dynatrace bottom-up. He also led the DataCenter Implementation from India for 5 products and the Monitoring activities (of Servers, Applications etc) for Successfactors organization. Also, he has worked on the Admin activities of SAS using SAS management Console. He has since switched to SaaS implementations and SRE at SAP Labs. Of-late, he has been working as a SRE for Commerce org of SAP, delivering on CI-CD pipelines using Kubernetes on AWS-Azure-GCP, holding accountability on build and upgrade of base images and their security and ensuring the product builds and deployments on Cloud are automated and successful. For his discipline at work and laying out processes for better execution of activities and effective utilization of time and resources, he is called "Major" by his colleagues. The name rounds it off !
