I have also been responsible for injury prevention and management within ACT Government at a senior level with a main focus on: • providing WHS and rehabilitation advice at the strategic and operational levels to managers and workers • coordinating injury prevention strategies, WHS training and WHS audits/inspections and • developing and implementing WHS procedures and protocols. I have strong communication skills and a practical understanding of the challenges facing managers in meeting their obligations in WHS and injury management particularly in operational environments. • I am an accredited Instructor in Mental Health First Aid, a certified Trainer and Assessor and certified Lead Auditor.
