Complementing my partners role of 35 years which is renovating residential buildings and re-scaping exterior gardens I took on the role of transforming interiors. It was during our time in Queenstown and Arrowtown my search for bespoke furnishings to dress these spaces lead me to fill a gap in the market and open Attic Homestore. I take time to scour the internet, attending auctions and estate sales to find one off pieces that are beautiful and unique. Many of our items are one offs, others are from another century or time and place but have been made so beautifully and designed with such an eye that they sit perfectly side by side with our new and more modern pieces. Every item is personally picked by me. Along side my "sourcing" role for Attic I continue to work on transforming tired interiors for our own personal projects and more recently have assisted others offering advice, space and cost saving solutions to their own interior projects. After over 30 years experience in property renovation and development and the opening of Attic Homestore 8 years ago, we continue to source and supply beautiful Art, Collectibles and Furniture to customers all around the world whilst still completing projects for our development and design businesses. Its a labour of love.
