Keri Roscoe is a Hello! I began working in the hospitality/food and beverage industry when I was 15. I honestly believe everyone should spend roughly six months in this industry at some point in your life. It teaches you how to associate with a wide variety of customers and different sorts of people! I continued in this industry, working full-time while attending the College of Charleston. Soon after graduating, I began working for Park West Development in Mount Pleasant as the company's Architectural Review Coordinator. I was the liaison between homeowners and the Park West Development Team. During this time, I learned an extensive amount about residential infrastructure and home development in general. While employed by Park West, I also began Community Association Institute courses to become an HOA Community Manager. This allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in the community management field. In March, 2018, I was hired by Lennar Homes to be the Coastal Carolina Division HOA Manager. I continue to hold that position and currently have the role of Board President of over 20 communities in the counties of Charleston/Chatham/Beaufort/Dorchester/Berkeley, and surrounding areas. I have the job duties of setting up all HOA Governing Documents, working with community management companies, as well as the Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Mortgage well as the Land Development Team. I thoroughly enjoy my job and always look forward to a community's completion and seeing satisfied homeowners!
