Prior to Diamond, I spent 25 years with Wallace, from Commercial Print Estimating to Production Management, to Plant Management, to Quality Management & Continuous Process Improvement. My last several years consisted of building a pricing model for their newly formed Commercial Print Group, implemented the pricing module for the new ERP system, then organized, trained and directed the estimating efforts of the 22 commercial print facilities. Concurrently, I managed the CPG Contract Estimating Group and directed our 4 Regional Service Centers who handled pricing, order entry and load balanced the workflow into the CPG Plants within their region. Additionally, I had dotted line responsibility for the Estimating Teams in each of those CPG facilities until 2003 when I departed Moore/Wallace for Diamond. On a personal note; I am a proud husband, father and grandfather, married to Judy for nearly 40 years, have 2 sons and 2 daughters, six grandchildren (2 girls and 4 boys) and enjoy family time on trips, since 3 of the 4 children live out of state. I love the outdoors with the peace and solitude it affords, am a bicycle enthusiast and an avid fisherman. I am a Catholic Deacon, ordained 15 years ago which by its nature allows me many service, counseling and educational opportunities to those in the community and within the church.
