  Kelvin Chow is a I have approximately 30 years of working experience in fund management (both listed and non-listed) and real estate investments. I am currently the CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (“LREIT”) listed in SGX. Under my leadership, LREIT’s asset under management grew 2.5 times to S3.5 billion from S1.4 billion, within 2.5 years, through the successful acquisition of Jem. The transaction to raise S1.7 billion was the largest amongst the Singapore REIT industry in 2022 and drew attention from institutional/long-only investors globally. LREIT was included in key benchmark indices including FTSE Nareit and iEdge S-REIT Leader index. LREIT was named Best Retail REIT (Platinum) at the Asia Pacific Best of the Breeds REITs Awards 2023 and I was honoured to be named Best CEO (Gold) for leading the team in scaling new heights. LREIT also won this year’s SBR National Business Awards for its successful financing solution including an S860 million sustainability-linked loan (“SLL”) to acquire Jem. The SLL was awarded the Best Sustainability-linked Loan Award (Singapore) at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Capital Markets Awards 2022. More recently, I was named the Executive of the Year at the SBR Management Excellence Awards 2023. In August 2022, LREIT became the first S-REIT to achieve net carbon zero and for three consecutive years since listing, it was ranked first in GRESB and scored A for disclosure. I am the executive member of the REITS Association of Singapore and played an active role in the sustainability space as the co-chair of the sustainability taskforce. I was CFO in Keppel REIT and it has received the Gold award in “Best Annual Report” at the 12th Singapore Corporate Awards in 2016 during my tenure. Likewise, Soilbuild REIT was awarded the Merit award in “Best Investor Relations” and the Bronze award in “Best Annual Report”, First-Year Listed Companies category, at the 9th Singapore Corporate Awards in 2013 when I was the CFO. I was the C-suite of several REITs and fund management businesses prior to the roles above.
