Case-managed and counseled individuals revolving around job placements and barriers to accessing community supports. Developed group therapy plans for a peer support group. Planned and lead psycho educational classes on behavior in the work place for individuals with disabilities. Created a volunteer training packet. Assisted in launching the REACH program, a tutoring program for individuals to increase their TAB scores to in order for them to take the GRE. Shadowed a number of healthcare professionals in the hospital system. Met with families individually when infants were first admitted to the NICU.
