My professional experience includes payroll and benefits processing, accounting and remittance processing, project management and solution design. I have worked for companies of every scale, from family-owned to international. I find my passion and drive shines through when challenged to provide robust solutions to complex issues. Over the course of my career, I have gained many valuable skills, including: • Technical proficiency and functional expertise in the SAP Ariba platform. • Process engineering in coordination with technical guidance to achieve higher proficiency and ensure legal compliance in a “global business template”. • Change implementation and upskilling new processes across six international organizations operating in 10 countries. • Implementation of key compliance controls; and intuitive development of analytical reports. • Experience with several different HRIS/HRMS programs, excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word abilities, and functional ADP skills. • Level B1 language proficiency in German Outside of work, I believe learning is a lifelong pursuit. I enjoy taking on new personal goals and hobbies which give me opportunity to push myself physically, intellectually, and creatively. Having recently immigrated from the United States to Austria, I am tackling the challenge of learning a new language, adopting new social skills, and (of course) a lot of hiking! To relax, I enjoy reading, writing, and creative media analysis. I am currently thriving as part of a team guiding the largest international business transition executed by a major retailer.
