I maintain a strong, positive and supportive team culture where everybody feels heard, free to be themselves and where we leverage our diverse skill sets to grow and develop as a team. There is no greater reward than witnessing your team members achieve wins they had previously never thought possible and I believe it’s important to celebrate even the smallest of them. Empowering my team to achieve is truly my favourite part of my role. I believe in giving clarity and clear direction when required and providing a macro-managerial environment to foster the achievement of individual and common goals wherever possible. I challenge with kindness and lead with empathy. I am crystal clear about my values and beliefs and the values and beliefs of any company I work for need to align with them. Honesty, integrity, transparency and being as authentic a person as possible are among those I hold in the highest regard.
