I have been working in Abu Dhabi since 2007 and for the past 5 years have been working for Abu Dhabi Ports as Senior Engineering Manager working on the development of the 52 sq km Khalifa Port Industrial Zone (KIZAD). Prior to this I was Engineering Manager for Habtoor Leighton on the Khalifa Port on-shore buildings and infrastructure project for Abu Dhabi Ports and Senior Design Manager for Aldar Laing O'Rourke on Al Raha Beach Project, both in Abu Dhabi. I am now seeking new employment opportunities in UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi. I have a wide range of experience in the planning, design, procurement and construction of civils and buildings projects including road and rail bridges, rail tunnels and multi-span railway viaducts, in-shore marine works and large buildings for railway stations and residential and commercial developments. Prior to relocating to Abu Dhabi in 2007, I spent 15 years in Hong Kong working for several major international contractors on a number of high profile construction projects. I was the Engineering Manager on a D&B contract for an underground railway station and railway tunnels constructed by TBM beneath one of the most heavily congested urban areas in Hong Kong. I was the Engineering Manager for the construction of an extension of the Passenger Terminal Building at Hong Kong International Airport, where all works were carried out 'airside' and during normal Airport operations and I was also the Design Co-ordinator for construction of 11-km long railway viaduct using match-casting of deck box segments and erection by balanced cantilever and span-by-span methods.
