So far, we have identified over 100 individual attributes that go to make up what we call the food transparency super-profile covering everything consumers, business and the regulatory bodies demand.   To deliver trustworthy transparency, we listened, we analysed, then we made it ‘about the food’ and developed me~nu the first food technology focused on collecting and processing vast amounts of food data often, quickly and outputting accurate information relevant to whom ever is using me~nu.   For example, a customer’s head chef spends 2 hours daily managing and updating regulatory documents.
