Prior to joining EY, experienced global HR management such as leadership development and competency design at the global company that has 340,000 employees and operating businesses in social infrastructure fields over 55 countries. Moreover, have been leading global CSR/sustainability strategy at the corporate level while building networks and engaging with influential stakeholder, policy makers and opinion formers, to integrate sustainability into the business strategy. The main achievements are; enacting group code of conduct, establishing human rights due diligence process based on UN Guiding Principles, responsible supply chain management system, conducting multi-stakeholder engagement, ESG investment relations and internal global teaming. In addition to my corporate responsibility, contributing to policy making as a steering comittee member of Business Policy Forum Japan, a think-tank supported by the Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, a comittee member of business and human rights working of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), a member of Japan Climate Leaders' Partnership (Japan-CLP), and a member of Human Rights, Labor Working Group of UN Global Compact.
