Kayla Zagorski is a When my grandmother had been diagnosed with cancer, I aided with her care throughout her treatment. At the time, I was set on becoming a Forensic Scientist. I went off to Kutztown University for Criminal Justice, but quickly realized I had made the wrong decision. As much as I loved Forensics, I remembered the feeling I had while caring for my grandmother. I decided that Nursing was my calling. I left Kutztown University and decided to begin my journey of becoming a Registered Nurse. My grandmother having cancer was hard to witness, but it lead me to this amazing career path. Luckily, she is cancer free now and is rooting for me as I head to the road to graduation and becoming a Registered Nurse.
