A long-term professional goal of mine is to graduate with an Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Winona State University, Rochester. Expected graduate year is Spring 2021. After completion, I plan to work full-time in a hospital setting that will allow me to incorporate my new found knowledge and skills at the individual, group, and systems level to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes.
