In addition to managing end-to-end production of this two-day, multi-venue event, I raised money, developed administrative processes, and directed creative campaigns. I also collaborated with clients and community stakeholders to create special events, including a pop-up pool party and ad hoc spa, a kickoff sidewalk parade with psychedelic marching band, and one epic dance party.
